Bars and More Hospitality Staffing focuses on providing temporary event staffing solutions to clients in Kansas City, Missouri, and its surrounding areas. We even have a partnership with a full-service caterer if food is needed.

Mobile Bartending
Our company specializes in a mobile bartending service where we can set up a cash bar. Alternatively, you can bring your own alcohol and we will simply serve the drinks.
Our team consists of some of the best bartenders guaranteed to provide professional service without a high price tag. They are the ideal alternative to expensive full-service venues.
We offer a wide variety of drinks such as martinis, margaritas, red and white wines, scotches, whiskey, and bourbons. Our mixologists have designed a menu to reflect a number of options to customize your bar experience.
We can do small parties to large special events. From weddings to concerts, we can meet your needs.
Additionally, we can help you come up with a signature drink or cocktail for your event as well as assist you in creating a personalized shopping list. Booking Service will be a 25% deposit for more then 3 weeks of notice and 50% deposit for less then 3 weeks. All deposits are NON - REFUNDABLE.
Limited Bar Services
We provide, supply, and offer an open bar for a limited time. Alternatively, we can just serve beer and wine as part of an open bar while running a cash bar for other drinks not covered by the event host.
This limited bar can be based on duration or a predetermined maximum price. Upon reaching the discussed time or tab amount, the bar will resume service on a cash bar basis. At this point, guests are required to pay for their own drinks.
Client Provides
You are responsible for providing all items that will be consumed by your guests unless otherwise discussed. This includes the alcohol, mixers, ice, and any fruit garnishes that you wish to serve with your beverages. You will also need to provide the cups/glassware.
If you are purchasing kegs of beer, you must have the taps for the keg. If needed, we do have a portable bar or table set up for rent to create the perfect bar area for your event!
Cash Bar
Here, guests will buy their own drinks. Bars and More will provide all bar tools including straws, beverage napkins, cups, ice scoops, garnishes, etc. We will have a full bar setup complete with mixers. We will show up, set up the bar area, bartend the event, and do a complete teardown.
Coffee Bar Services
This is a SEPARATE service wherein we supply regular and/or decaffeinated coffee as well as creamer, sugar, cups, stirrers, and various flavored syrups.
Juice Bar Services
We provide juices, soda, water, and virgin cocktails at the event. Bars and More will provide all the necessary bar tools, deliver the juice bar refreshments, and provide bartending services. This can be approached in a cash bar or open bar setting. We will show up, set up the bar area, bartend the event, and do a complete teardown.
Champagne Toast Services
This is a SEPARATE service wherein we supply enough champagne to accommodate the number of guests reported. A 5-ounce serving of champagne will be consumed for the toast.
We will chill the champagne, provide champagne tumblers*, and tableside pouring service. An experienced member of Bars and More will go to each table and serve champagne to all guests of legal drinking age in a professional manner.
*NOTE: Specialty champagne flutes can be provided for an extra charge as they are a special order item.
Full-Event Staff
We provide full-service event staff from event directors and day coordinators to bartenders and servers.
